Be Your Own Cheerleader Featured in ‘Eastern Eye’

UK publication Eastern Eye, the voice of British Asians, featured an interview with Neelu in the week Be Your Own Cheerleader was published in the US.

“[Asian women] are often overlooked for promotion. Others take credit for their work, and over the years these scenarios pile up, causing imposter syndrome and resulting in a downward spiral of low self-efficacy.”

Neelu shares some tips from the book, including the difference between contributing to teamwork and highlighting your contribution to get the credit you deserve.
