be Productive, Peaceful and Purposeful
With a critical presentation to deliver, adrenaline pumping and heart rate rising, you’re better equipped to fight a bear than present to the board. Imagine facing that presentation in a state of calm capability, equipped with the practical tools and techniques you need to deliver with confidence.
My programs offer more than relaxation and practical skills. If you're waking up every day and going to a job that doesn't ignite your passions, no matter how good you are at what you do, you'll still feel at odds with your true purpose.
Through coaching, teaching, and training, I help individuals and organizations implement practices that help them truly thrive. With results in mind, I help you reflect, plan and implement real change.
I can help you be more productive, peaceful, and feel purposeful at work and in all aspects of your life.
WHO I AM
As a corporate burnout survivor, I understand the struggle firsthand. I attained a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business, an MA from Columbia University in Social & Organizational Psychology, and a dream job. Even though on paper I had everything I needed for success and happiness, something was wrong. Day-to-day I felt stressed, insecure, and out of tune with myself. And that seemed to be the norm among my colleagues.
While continuing my career as an adult educator and corporate trainer, I became an avid yogi and ayurvedic practitioner. In these ancient ways of thinking and being, I found the missing puzzle piece.
Today, with 10 years of extensive yoga & Ayurveda training to complement my background in professional development, I bring a mindful approach to resolving the challenges professionals face every day. I have consciously and deliberately filled my life with a basket full of everything I am passionate about: helping and serving people, stress management, adult learning, leadership development, organizational psychology, yoga, Ayurveda, and aromatherapy. Because I figured out a way to do it for myself, I am committed to helping you do it for yourself.
What I know
Kaizen — a term for continuous improvement in Japanese business philosophy — is my personal goal, so it's not surprising I come with an armful of qualifications to back my philosophy.
My two-pronged education has given me a unique perspective on solving life and business challenges.
