When one of these areas is out of alignment, all areas of our life suffer. My approach to leadership coaching is to ensure that your body, mind, and spirit are working in harmony through Yoga, Ayurveda & Wellness Coaching designed to focus on your specific needs and goals.
Combining Yoga Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Meditation and Mindfulness, I offer customized sessions for individuals, groups, and organizations. My clients range from Yoga & Wellness studios to large consulting companies. Sessions range from 60-90 minutes and vary based on the individual/organization's needs.

Beginning with an understanding of your unique constitution, I guide you through lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health using your five senses. The consultation, typically 90 minutes, will include a customized approach to:

Marma Chikitsa is a powerful tool of Ayurveda. It has been used in healing for over 5,000 Years. Marma means “key point” and refers to vital energy points in our bodies and Chikitsa refers to “treatment.” The application of pressure to these key points creates a flow of the vital energy known as “Prana”. There are a total of 108 Marma points in the body. These Marma points are considered centers of vitality and intelligence. Their healing effect is far reaching because they serve as gateways to the body’s natural wisdom and healing energy.
