TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Overview

StandOut! is a 12-week leadership accelerator program designed for women professionals, delivered by Neelu Kaur. The program includes monthly skill-building sessions, practice sessions, and office hours over a three-month period.

Payment and Enrollment

Program fee varies based on enrollment date and payment plan selected:

  • Early Bird (payment in full): $3,960 USD

  • Standard Price (payment in full): $4,950 USD

  • Monthly Payment Plan: $1,750 USD per month for 3 months (total: $5,250 USD)

Payment terms:

  • Early Bird and Standard pricing require full payment at time of enrollment to secure your spot

  • Monthly Payment Plan requires first payment at enrollment, with subsequent payments due on the same date each following month

  • For monthly payment plans, all three installments must be paid on schedule. Missed or late payments may result in removal from the program without refund of previous payments made

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after enrollment for any payment option

  • Spots are limited and enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (initial payment for monthly plans)

  • By enrolling, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions

Program Delivery

  • StandOut! is delivered via live virtual sessions over a 12-week period starting in 2026

  • Session times and dates will be communicated to enrolled participants after payment

  • Sessions are conducted via video conferencing platform

  • Recordings may be provided for enrolled participants who cannot attend live sessions, at the facilitator's discretion

  • Program curriculum, content, and structure are subject to change to better serve participant needs

  • Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or viewing recordings if provided

Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to attend sessions, complete exercises, and actively engage with program content

  • Respectful participation and confidentiality within the cohort community is required

  • Participants must have reliable internet access and necessary technology to participate in virtual sessions

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund

Cancellation and Rescheduling by Neelu Kaur

  • Neelu Kaur reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, emergency, or insufficient enrollment

  • If the entire program is cancelled by Neelu Kaur before it begins, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made

  • If individual sessions are cancelled or rescheduled, makeup sessions will be provided at a later date

  • Neelu Kaur is not liable for participant expenses incurred due to program cancellation or rescheduling

No Refund Policy

  • All program payments are final and non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, withdrawal from the program, or dissatisfaction with program content

  • Participants who enrolled on monthly payment plans remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments even if they choose to stop attending

Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, content, frameworks, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Neelu Kaur

  • Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share program materials without express written permission

  • Participants may use learned concepts and frameworks for their own personal professional development only

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of program materials may result in legal action

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Participant information will be kept confidential by Neelu Kaur and used only for program delivery, communication, and administrative purposes

  • Information shared within the cohort community must remain confidential among participants

  • Participants agree not to share personal information, stories, challenges, or identifying details of other participants outside the program without explicit permission

  • Participants may not record, screenshot, or capture images of other participants during sessions without consent

  • What is shared in the group stays in the group - violation of participant confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program without refund

  • Neelu Kaur will not sell or share participant contact information with third parties

  • Testimonials, success stories, or case studies may be requested for marketing purposes, but participation is completely voluntary and requires explicit written consent

  • Any use of participant stories, quotes, or experiences for promotional purposes will only occur with advance written permission and opportunity to review content

Limitation of Liability

  • StandOut! is a professional development and leadership training program

  • The program does not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases, job offers, or any other specific results

  • Results vary significantly based on individual effort, circumstances, current role, organizational environment, and application of program principles

  • Neelu Kaur is not liable for any decisions, actions, or career moves participants make based on program content or coaching received

  • Participants engage in the program at their own risk and are responsible for their own professional decisions

  • Maximum liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount paid for program enrollment

Program Modifications

  • Neelu Kaur reserves the right to modify program content, curriculum, session structure, or delivery format to improve participant experience

  • Substantial changes to program length or core deliverables will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance

  • Minor adjustments to session topics, exercises, or materials may be made without advance notice

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or program participation will be resolved in the courts of New York
