Neelu’s ability to engage with and facilitate at all levels is bar-none. Her emotional intelligence and subject matter expertise proved to be extremely useful. For a recent event hosted by our Asian Heritage Group, Neelu was able to keep our audience engaged with content that was relevant to both empowering our Asian/Pacific Islander (API) employees while also educating allies on how they can better support their API colleagues. She's also an amazing human. Interpublic Group will definitely be inviting Neelu back for another event in the future.
