Neelu was very articulate in breaking down how we can take control of the conversations in our workplace when we feel like we’re being talked over. Something really interesting that I hadn’t considered is how we can interrupt others when we feel the conversation has moved away from a topic that we’re not ready to close yet. I believe she did a fantastic job of providing strategies to us and kept us engaged throughout the session.
