She executed peer advisory sales sessions and spearheaded the design and launch of a structured curriculum across the company. Along the way her collaborative and exploratory approach enabled Neelu to seamlessly show up an executive coach to emerging leaders and she was also able to spearhead programming aimed at amplifying women's voices at Volante.
